Life all Alone

It is very difficult to reach out to friends now a days. May be everyone has grown up and everyone is working under different circumstances that we all find little time to share our thoughts. Some even don't find that time. The reason is understandable, everyone has an independent life after one stage. It is very tough to understand the fact that the friend with whom you have been through your school days or college days is no more the same. He/she has got changed(rather molded) along the course of their life, each day.

So it nows posts a big challenge to maintain a relationship which has been cherished in your early days. Whatever it takes,still the 10 minutes that we speak over phone or the minutes that we chat or the great occasions were we happen to meet never forgets to make a permanent mark in our heart.

Glad to see India going Global

It is time for all of us to realize and cherish over the fact that we no more row ourselves in local markets. The boundaries for business are disappearing. Now with the hot acquisition of Corus by TATA Steel, catapults the expansion of Indian market right at the beginning of the year.

Apart from this it is very impressive to look into the TATA’s performance under its supremo Ratan Tata. Right from making the first indigenous car for INDIA in 1998, the climb of TATA group is noteworthy.

In 2000 by the acquisition of Tetley, TATA tea became world’s largest tea producer. It was a record buyout in Indian Corporate industry for about $430 million dollars. TATA made a scintillating deal by acquiring Eight O’ clock coffee for around $220 million dollar transaction in early 2006.
Another remarkable work around is that in a Joint Venture with Australia’s Steel Giant Bluescope TATA has already come out with two state of art steel plants with two more in pipeline.

TATA sons definitely promise something beyond software industries in India which is much needed to our people at this point of time. Because now everyone turnout themselves towards software as it gives lot of hope for the country’s middle class. TATA really impress me to a great extent and Ratan Tata, even more. I believe that one way or other we all owe to this Group for its revolutionary vision.

DOWNFALL – Hard to remove from thought process

This movie is all about a Dictator accepting the defeat. The movie starts from the bunker where Hitler spent his final days. I used to be crazy about Adolf Hitler during my school days and hence about Germany. I had a gut feeling that Dictatorship in any form would bring good to a country. But the movie contradicts with my thought. It is because that Hitler believed his own instinct much, than the ideas from his world class commanders at action lead the Germans to succumb the defeat. So it makes it clear that Dictatorship at any cost is a risky one.

But from certain aspects Hitler seems to be really impressive. Though his next line commands like Himmler or Keitel or his close architect friend Speer had varied opinions over the decision taken by Hitler, he seldom respected those opinions. But even then they can’t remove him from power or trigger a protest against him or even take away him with a plot (which is always possible for any one at such close circle). How it is possible for a person to have the entire army under his own control in spite of various contradictions? Such is the preaching and training given by Hitler to all his army men’s. They are to follow the orders given to them from their leader (Führer – in German).

In spite of such immense authority of Hitler, even German people feel ill talking about him. It is because the World can’t accept a man with great trait and ability to kill around 60 million people of a single race (i.e.,) Jews. Hitler at any point of time wasn’t compassionate, that lead to his Downfall. This was depicted with a keen perception in this movie. Really a worth seeing one for those who are quite interested about the phenomenon so called ‘Adolf Hitler’.

Neediness of a LIFE

What it all needs to come up in ones life?
Whether it is care from your loved ones or courage one has within themselves or hard work one puts in or the instinct that comes within them.

Mother Earth is never benevolent to any seed. It does not make the process of germination easy for any seed. The seed has to fight and sprout against the force of the earth to emerge above the soil. Providential it is that very Earth which stood against the seed till it sprouted then nurtures its growth. It is nature’s way of qualifying the seed’s worth and if found deserving, it provides all the resources that are needed for it to its full potentiality.
Similarly, all great men were ordinary men who were forced to meet great challenges by circumstances. History is full of simple human beings who won over forces well beyond their control and emerged as champions. So, life is not a journey of ‘Because of…’ it’s rather ‘in spite of….’

How true it is? So, LIFE is not finding out reasons for not getting it, instead it is moving ahead all obstacles to get it.

To be an Entrepreneur

Narayana Murthy, Chairman of Indian IT major INFOSYS have stepped down on the occasion of his company celebrating Silver Jubilee. The company founded in 1981 with a capital of not bad Rs.10,000/- by seven professionals. (It seems that the source for the money were mostly from their better half’s jewels).
During late 80’s the company was out of funds and losing hope in the market, at that time Mr.Arora (one of the Co-founder) made himself out of the organization. But the team didn’t lose their hope and today each one of them own hundreds of crores. It gives us a sense of satisfaction and a string of hope that Entrepreneurship is one thing with in our reach.
In a country like India where most of the aspirations, dreams are sacrificed or compromised for their lovable family this kind of commendable achievements turn things all the way. For me apart from Status, Money, Respect there are lot more things which can be felt through Entrepreneurship. You will have satisfaction with what you do, will face stiff competition with the emerging market trends, should have to take risks at appropriate times, feel the pressure when the market hits peak time, etc. So it seems to be a well mixed concrete mixture to construct a strong and formidable future both for oneself and for the society.
Numerous Entrepreneurs around the Globe are neither born to an Entrepreneur nor forced to be an Entrepreneur. I believe that it is totally self motivation and persistence which take us to such heights.

Change, change, change all the way.

Life has become more and more adapting ourselves for a change both personally and professionally.
A Life without a change is unimaginable. I do hesitate to change myself, but how could I be like that? Definitely the ability to come up in our Life relies a lot on the factor that how do we accept a change?
Some physical phenomenon’s naturally change through age. But it is the mental change which has to be taken care I hope.
The world changes in a rapid phase, so as we should be to move along with it.

Take People as they are.

I think this as the biggest challenge hopefully everyone face in our life.
How this happens to be a challenge?
At many part of our life we don’t tend to take complex or even simple happenings with others lightly. We have our own prejudiced ideas over others which obviously can’t be true always.
So something must be done so that I can accept the people as they are.
The first thing which struck my mind is that Expectation might be the root cause for all these confusions. But then without expectation how could we lead a life?
May be we may not involve ourselves voluntarily into so many things for the sake of people surrounding us. Because at one point of time you can’t prevent your mind or heart from expecting something from the people to whom you have done something voluntarily.
At the same time you can’t blame the people if they don’t meet to your expectations, as it is not them who asked from you.
At present I plan do my job and go for someone if they really demand something from you.
But I fear whether I can be like that.
